Construction started
Works began on the residential buildings after the EIA was obtained. Construction permits are being finalised.
Target completion
Residences are scheduled for completion, with ownership transfer in Q1 2028. Retail on the masterplan is targeted for 2026 and the Autograph Collection hotel for 2030.
