How the mortgage works
Lender & supervision
The lender is Capital Link Credit Foncier — a Thai credit foncier company supervised by the Bank of Thailand and a partner of the developer Capstone Asset. We are not a bank; we help prepare and submit the application.
Ownership & pledge
The residence is registered as freehold in the buyer's name and simultaneously pledged to the lender until the loan is repaid. You own the asset while the loan is active.
Who can apply
Foreign nationals, including buyers from Russia and the CIS. A valid passport and proof of income with an English translation are required. Salary, business, dividends, rental and investment income, freelance, pension and royalties are accepted.
Currency & coverage
The loan is issued in Thai baht and the payment is in baht. On a one-bedroom, at ~85% occupancy under hotel management the rental income can cover the monthly payment — a projection, not a guarantee.
