It is an independent information website about PEYLAA Phuket. It is not the official website of the developer or of the project. The project is developed by Capstone Asset Phuket Cherngtalay Co., Ltd.; Tumanov Group Co., Ltd. acts as a partner sales agency.

2. Nature of the information

2.1. Prices, availability, floor plans, areas, completion dates and payment terms are published for reference and are taken from the developer's price lists and materials as of the date shown on each page.

2.2. Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer or a binding commitment. The developer may change any terms without notice. Current terms are confirmed in writing before any transaction.

2.3. Renders, photographs and visualisations are illustrative; the completed building may differ.

2.4. Amounts shown in USD, EUR or other currencies are indicative conversions. The contract currency is the Thai baht.
